1. Who we are
Ternary Space Labs is an independent Android app studio based in India. We build and publish apps on Google Play. Questions? contact@ternaryspacelabs.com
2. Data we collect
We collect no personal data. Our apps do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any identifying information. There are no user accounts.
All data you enter into our apps — habits, timestamps, notes — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage. It never leaves your device.
3. Data we do not collect
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone)
- Location data
- Usage analytics or telemetry
- Crash reports sent to us
- Advertising identifiers
- Any content you enter into the app
4. Third-party services
Our apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or crash reporting. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar service.
The apps are distributed via Google Play. Google may collect device-level diagnostic information as part of the Play Store itself — this is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not ours.
5. Permissions
We request only the permissions required to deliver core functionality. Any permission used is explained in-app at the time of request. We do not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or location unless a specific feature requires it and is disclosed clearly.
6. Data deletion
Since all data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling permanently removes all associated data.
7. Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through our apps, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
8. Changes to this policy
If we ever make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users within the app. Your continued use of our apps after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
