By downloading or using any app published by Ternary Space Labs, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apps developed and published by Ternary Space Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app.
2. Use of the app
Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:
- Use the apps only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the apps
- Not use the apps in any way that could harm others
3. No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any data, timers, or logs generated by the apps.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ternary Space Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data.
5. Your data
All data you enter into our apps is stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data you wish to preserve. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code within our apps is the intellectual property of Ternary Space Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
7. Third-party platforms
Our apps are distributed via Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
